Awesome!Everything about this place was great! Lydia has thoughtfully created a space with all that we needed for our visit to include items/amenities in the unit & grounds. Beach chairs, towels and even an ice chest to borrow! Parking is very convenient. Location great. Place is very clean and is well represented by the pictures - especially the view! Lydia was responsive and when i contacted her about a hair dryer not working - she made sure i had one within the next 24 hrs even though i told her i could do without. I would stay here again with out question!! Thank you lydia

There was no air conditioning. Customer service was very much lacking. Dishwasher and washer smell heavily of mold.

Wonderful ocean view

We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and gazing at the ocean and the sunsets from the lanai. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, the beds were comfortable and the master bathroom is really nice.

Perfect Beach Front

This was the best place to stay in Kona! Very clean, had everything we needed for our week stay. The best part was the lanai! The views are spectacular! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. If we come back this is the only place I’d want to stay.

Exceeded expectations!

Beautifully appointed condo overlooking ocean and surf. Very well equipped/stocked with everything we needed and more. Great location just south of downtown Kailua-Kona. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

One hour before our stay, we were told they cancelled our reservation due to construction! Had researched and picked out this particular condominium due to location and decor. Was devastated. How rude and unprofessional can the owners be and obviously knew this prior to booking their place..a one hour notice is unacceptable.
