With central air conditioning and large common areas, this condo brings you island life at its most modern.This charming condo with its three bedrooms and three baths is the perfect condo for the whole ohana. Sleeping six guests, the home also has plenty of common space. Cook your meals in the chef's kitchen and sit down to dinner as a family at the six-person dining room table. In the evening, watch a movie on the living room's large flatscreen TV or enjoy a nightcap on the spacious private lanai. The unit was exactly as described! The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, and best of all, Poipu Beach. We loved having the pool/spa option, as well as having access to beach gear for the days we went snorkeling, etc.

Overall very nice condo. Some of the beach equipment is broken (umbrella) so you may want to get your own but otherwise was as described.

Rooms and condo were a bit dirty. Floor sills above baseboards and bathrooms were dirty. Pillows had hair on them and dead bugs were everywhere, behind furniture and between nightstands and walls and beds and walls. Every step in the unit above was heard during our entire stay. Running children above and hard walkers. It was terrible.

The place itself was great. I would have given 5 stars but be aware that the generic "contact the host" that VRBO offers before you arrive sends you to people who have no idea about the place. I asked specific questions about what would be available (such as spices, foil, cooking oil, shampoo, drinking water,...) and everything these hosts told me was wrong. Once you get to the place there is a different email in a folder that gets you the actual host. Other than that it was clean, spacious for the four of us, and well located (although be aware than most restaurants in the area close around 8 PM). Great access to beach. I would stay here again.

This was the best vacation rental on Kauai or anywhere that I've ever experienced. Check-in was a breeze, location was perfect, & the condo was clean, comfortable & cozy. Can't wait to return!

It’s a very clean and comfortable place, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping centers. Beds were really comfortable, I usually have hard time sleeping on vacations, but here we felt like we’re home. Kitchen has everything you need, also beach gear that was very useful.
