Great place and location. Comfortable bedrooms each with excellent bathrooms. First floor close to parking lot and pool. We took walks each morning on the greenbelt walking trail that has an easy 7 minute walk to 2 different beaches. Perfect for our young family. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

Excellent property for our family of six. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and a quick drive to shopping and Old Koloa. This is a perfect location and the house is well equipped for cooking and relaxing.

Amazing Place in Poipu Kai!

We loved every bit of our stay at this condo. The entire complex was beautiful, they accommodations inside. The condo were so comfortable and so accommodating. Great stocked kitchen, lots of beach supplies and even the bedding and towels were comforting. No doubt we will be looking to book again on our next trip to Poipu.

Great stay at the villas

We had a wonderful time in Kauai and the Villa made it even better, with a fully loaded kitchen to come together and make meal at the end of each day. Everything was clean and organized.

Roomy condo in a great location

We stayed here for 2 weeks during Christmas and NYE with family and friends. It was nice to have 2 master suites. The condo is right by the pool/hot tub but the lanai still offers plenty of privacy because of the nice landscaping and waterfall. We appreciated the fact that the condo was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, Malie (local brand that I love and it smells incredible) soap, shampoo and conditioner, wagon, 6 beach chairs, a small cooler, umbrellas. We did end up buying two boogie boards from Wal-Mart to use at the Brenneckes. It was nice to have a hot tub by the pool. You don’t see many hot tubs in Kauai. The location is great with easy access to the walking path at Poipu Kai and the beach is only a 5-minute. The only thing we didn’t love was the fitness center on site. It doesn’t have much in terms of equipment. It would be way better if there was a mirror and more free weights. We have stayed at other condos in Poipu, which have included access to the Poipu Athletic Club that is has ample equipment and pickleball and tennis courts. That’s a very nice perk offered by other management companies. Parking was easy and convenient. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including rice cooker, coffee grinder, etc. We had an issue with the WiFi on the main TV, and upon request the manager provided a Roku that solved the issue. So nice! We would stay here again for sure but would prefer a penthouse that offers an ocean view.

A great place with lots of amenities!

We had a great stay! We had 5 people and felt like there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had lots of appliances and condiments. Right next to the pool and just a quick walk to the beach. We had a relaxing stay!

The property was just as advertised. We had an issue with one tv… it was replaced the following day. We had immediate response when we notified them. The unit has every kind of cooking tools that you could think of. There are lots of beach things… The place was perfect for our family of six.

Great stay!

This condo was a pleasure to stay at and we wouldn't hesitate.to come back. The kitchen was stocked better than any place we have ever stayed which we really appreciated. Three nonstick frying pans in perfect condition, rice cooker, blender, 2 coffee grinders, multiple cutting boards, sharp knifes, etc. This is first time we didnt have to go buy some necessary appliance or tool for the kitchen. The manager responded within seconds on a Sat. afternoon when I couldn't get the cable to work. He walked me through the unfamiliar cable procedure in a manner of a few minutes so we could watch a playoff game. The Welcome basket was unexpected and a nice touch. We enjoyed it very much. The grandkids enjoyed the beach wagon, chairs and toys. We walked to the beach every morning and evening and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. Everything was clean and worked perfectly.

Kauai is our happy place

We always stay in the Poipu area and prefer the south side. This property was large enough for our family and very comfortable. We loved the welcome basket of goodie’s and the other amenities. If there was one complaint, or suggestion I would recommend that the dryer be serviced as it takes an extra long time to dry if at all. The dry may have a clogged exhaust hose.

Great stay!

Very comfortable unit for our family of 6. Excellent location close to beaches, quiet community, well maintained grounds. Kitchen fully stocked to do some meals in. First floor lanai was great and unit even has beach toys chairs and umbrellas which was great. Minor wear and tear such as master BR door sticking but to be expected in a STR. Would definitely stay again!

Staying in Poipu

The accommodation was spacious and welcoming. The only downside was a musty odor in dresser and in baths. The back of remote in the living room was missing and we couldn’t find it.

Great property, but gouged by all the hidden fees

The unit was very nice and clean. Top notch. The on-line listing gave the impression it was closer to the beach than it was. It showed pictures with the beach in the background, but it is actually driving distance away. The property manager was very slow to respond on check-in and when we had an issue with all the smoke alarms going off (almost 24 hrs to respond). VRBO really gouges you on the extras. Over $1200 added to the cost for fees and cleaning, and we left the place spotless. Of course, this doesn't show up when you are comparing various condo prices on-line. I am new to VRBO, but would avoid t in the future. One and done.

Amazing property for multi-generational families

This VRBO was perfect for our family - two parents, two grandparents and two kids. The location on the property can't be beat - easy access from the parking lot and steps from the pool, but the lanai still felt semi-private. Absolutely perfect except for two small issues: the toilet in one of the bathrooms emitted a terrible high-pitched noise after a couple of hours of not being used... it was easily remedied by flushing the toilet or jiggling the latch under the tank, but still annoying. Also, the dryer basically didn't work - it took hours to dry a normal-size load of clothing. Other than that this is a ideal base for your family to explore Kauai or stay home and relax.

Called property manager 3 times over 3 days asking if we could have late checkout and to talk with him about a few other things in the home He called back once after our first message but did not leave a message or call back on our subsequent calls
