The Space:

Envision a vacation in paradise on the beach with incredible views down the Kauai coastline at Wailua Bay View 115. You are sure to enjoy the feel of tropical breezes and the sounds of the lapping surf right from your own condo! Walk right out from your suite and watch the beautiful sunrises in the mornings and the sea life swimming past during the afternoon. Enjoy the king-size bed, sofa sleeper, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and free high-speed WiFi. There is also air conditioning in the bedroom for your comfort. A washer and driver are also in the home for your convenience. Enjoy the out of doors? Head outside to use the pool and barbeque area. This is what a stay in Paradise is supposed to be! The property is located on Kauai’s Coconut Coast on the East Shore. You'll be conveniently located within walking distance to a weekly farmer’s market, dining, shopping, and the beach. The property, though quite old, is well-maintained and offers a great view. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler during our stay. These amenities were incredibly convenient for our long, leisurely beach days.At the time be checked in, no one was in the office but written parking instructions were provided with a permit to park.Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Condo feels a bit dated, but it’s very clean, and the location and views are outstanding. Sitting on the lanai watching the ocean is absolutely mesmerizing.For the price—especially compared to other rentals—I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful breakfast view! We loved hearing the ocean all night and waking to have breakfast while watching ocean waves. *Central location helped us see and do everything we wanted *beach access down the street, but a short easy walk*location was great for accessing local places/highway to other areas*Prices for food, etc were better than North or South shore. *highway traffic was visible from the lanai but not bothersome*condo was very quiet, peaceful and private -roosters crow at all hours but that is true everywhere in Kauai*The condo was light and bright and very clean. *The kitchen had everything we needed except cooking oils. Ice trays (4) in the freezer*Living room has a smart TV, comfortable couch and dining table. *Pool is small but clean and we'll kept - grounds are kept nicely and has BBQs available for outdoor dining. *Coffee shop across the street and Coconut Marketplace (shops and Farmers Market T/Th) up the street (about 5 minute walk on safe side streets with sidewalks and beautiful palms) made mornings either quick and easy to head out to other adventures or great for an unhurried stroll to wake up and get breakfast. *Overall a fantastic stay and will forever have memories of our comfortable stay. I would definitely go back.*One thing I wished for was an upgrade in the bathroom for the bath/shower. It did the job for getting clean after ocean and sand, but was small, worn and not inviting. The view was amazing. Location was good for access to most things we wanted to do. Maintenance man was great, responded quickly. Very clean, but could use some updating. It's hot in September, so not having AC in the living area was challenging, but AC in the bedroom was very good,quick to cool down.

Peaceful Stay

We booked last minute (genuinely at 4pm the day we went) after a rough go at camping. The Vacasa crew worked with my short notice, made sure the place was clean, and even dropped off a welcome basket before we got there. This unit has a beautiful ocean view - we enjoyed sitting on the porch all day. Would stay here again!

Best vacation!

Great location! The unit needs to be updated, but it has a great view of the ocean. We loved it very much! We would love to stay there again on our next trip to Kauai.

We loved our stay here! The home was perfect for us. Our favorite part was how close we were to the ocean. The sun rises from the kitchen and balcony were incredible. The property was quiet. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the view and sounds of the ocean outside our back door. The property is beautiful and convenient. The unit was somewhat clean and bed was comfortable. It was quite hot in the unit with windows open. AC was required to sleep. Although the place is dated our two concerns were the dirty cabinets, baseboards, and doors where magic eraser or paint could correct this and **the constant ant issue throughout** With small ants getting into the coffee maker, on stove, bathroom countertop, even bed and you even left an ant bait station on the kitchen counter- this should be disclosed on the listing. Or you could hire professional pest control. We also own a condo on the beach and this can be managed better. Your condo could be so much more welcoming with some TLC. We did not contact because we did not want pest control during our stay.

Great location

We loved watching the surfer and paddle boarders from lanai. Walking was excellent and good restaurants and shops within walking distance. A little disappointed that pool was cold but grounds are well kept.

Amazing ocean view/ocean front condo

The direct oceanfront view just steps away from our 1st floor balcony was amazing. The condo is very nicely decorated & comfortable. Kapaa is a great location for exploring the entire island. Highly recommend this rental property.

Lovely property

The location was perfect. I loved how it sits up on a small bluff overlooking the ocean and the beach is just steps away. We ate breakfast almost every morning enjoying the view and watching the sunrise! The condo was incredibly clean and I felt at home immediately! I am a travel advisor and have already recommended this place to several friends and clients. Thank you and can’t wait to come back!!

First time to Kauai- but not the last!

This property was perfect for our 4 day stay in Kauai. The condo was spacious, comfortably furnished, well outfitted and we loved our view off the lanai. The building was quiet and peaceful, and an easy walk to some great restaurants and shopping. We took advantage of the bike trail and explored the gorgeous coast and enjoyed walking the beaches. We'll definitely be back- there is so much more to explore!

Great view, centrally located

Located overlooking the bay, the views from your balcony are gorgeous. Watch turtles right from your lanai! The grounds and pool are small, the facility is older and there isn’t direct access to the beach. But the beach is just a few steps away and you can’t beat the central location. The condos are spacious, comfortable, and clean. No central A/C, but there was a unit in the bedroom.

Great getaway

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days. We picked this as a central location to explore the island. The condo had all you need. The best part was the sound of the waves crashing all the time and the waterfront balcony with seating facing the water. The worst part is that there is only air conditioning in the bedroom. The rest of the condo was often too hot in June. The pool is nice and location central and convenient with nearby restaurants you can walk to.

Amazing spot

We really enjoyed this place. Views were incredible. It was clean, lots of space, very comfortable. The location is central to great restaurants, beaches, and hikes. 10/10 The only thing I would warn others about is the smell. The area uses recycled water to hydrate plants and it smells like sulfur, sometimes mild sometimes heavy. Those with sensitive noses should beware. It didn’t bother my much but my wife was very uncomfortable when it was heavier. Otherwise absolutely amazing.
