Great Place to Stay

The apartment was a little smaller then advertised but it still worked great of us, a family of 4, and the facility was wonderful. Pool with hot tub, very close to nice but not over crowded beach, great location with quick access to multiple things such as coffee, groceries, restaurants, message place, activities corrdinator. We'd stay there again.

Sugar Beach 225 had everything we needed from start to finish. The instructions were easy to follow, the place is equiped with everything you need to make your stay very pleasant and the staff is super friendly. Definitely recommend it!

Great stay!

Enjoyed our stay here! Clean unit, well stocked kitchen to make cooking a breeze, a nice lanai to hang out on and watch the whales! And for those that need to utilize the sofa bed, it was actually quite comfy (a pleasant surprise!). While you are a bit out of range for walking to all the Kihei restaurants, the off street parking, pool and grill area, and nice stretch of beach more than make up for it.

Perfect Ocean, Beach & Sunset Views !

The location was great. The condo itself was beautiful and perfect for a couple or couple with a small child. The views from the second you walked in were amazing. You could watch the ocean or watch a sunset inside the unit if you wanted. Super easy access to walk the beach too.

The perfect spot

This was our second stay in this unit; the last time was in 2019. It is well appointed, well maintained, and centrally located. You can’t beat the view.
