Cozy basement apartment in Vellmar near Kassel

This small, quietly located basement apartment consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring bed, a wardrobe, a small desk, and dressers. There is also a living room with an open kitchen. The living room features a 1.40 x 2.00 m pull-out sofa bed. A TV with satellite connection is also available. In addition to a refrigerator and a stove/oven, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. A microwave, air fryer, fully automatic coffee maker, and electric kettle are also provided. Of course, the kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes and the most common spices. A small folding table with two chairs allows you to eat at the table. The small bathroom with a rain shower and toilet is located in the center of the apartment. A hair dryer and toiletries are provided.
Bed linens and towels are provided.
Free parking is available in front of the building. Free Wi-Fi is also available (this free service is not part of the lease agreement). We assume no liability in this regard, particularly with regard to the establishment of connections. The property is under video surveillance. The cameras are primarily active at night. We live in the upper apartment ourselves, so if anything should come up, we are generally on-site. Upon request, an electric vehicle can be charged for a fee. We are currently redesigning the garden (masonry and earthwork).
