Following a complete 2026 gut renovation, taken to the studs with luxury upgrades throughout, the property now offers two separate luxury homes on a private acre lot in the heart of North Conway Village: a 7-bedroom / 4-bath Big House and a 3-bedroom / 2-bath Carriage House. Multi-generational trips, reunions, multiple families traveling together, and ski groups finally have a place where nobody draws the short straw on beds — ten bedrooms (six with king beds!), luxury mattresses throughout, plenty of bathrooms for privacy, and two of everything: kitchens, living rooms, private fenced yards, hot tubs, and laundry.

You`re under 1,000 feet or a 3 minute walk from downtown — walk to Zeb`s, Conway Scenic Railroad, restaurants, breweries, coffee, ice cream, gift shops, Schouler Park, the playground, Whitaker Woods, golfing and the Saco River. THE SPACE
3,900 sq ft across two homes (2,850 in the Big House, 1,050 in the Carriage House). Guests booking this listing get both homes and the entire property. The two houses are connected by a 1-foot exterior wall only — there is no interior access between them; you walk outside a few steps to move between the homes. Inside each home, new staircases connect every floor. Groups love this setup: everyone`s together, and everyone gets their own space.

THE BIG HOUSE (7BR / 4BA)
2nd Floor: Primary suite with king bed and a brand new 3/4 en-suite bath; two bedrooms each with a king bed and twin bed; and a twin-over-twin bunk room. There is a fully renovated full bath in the hallway to service the second floor non-primary bedrooms.

1st Floor: Open-concept kitchen and living room with an oversized quartzite kitchen island and a huge dining table built for big group meals, plus a separate TV room, a king bedroom, and a 3/4 bath.

Two on-demand tankless hot water heaters allow for endless hot showers after a long day adventuring — no waiting on a tank to refill. Central A/C with separate zones for upstairs and downstairs in each home keeps everyone comfortable all year round. Luxury mattresses and high-end furnishings throughout; not a detail was missed.

THE LOCATION
A quiet corner lot with no neighbors on either side: an inactive, rarely used rail line to one side, a vacant lot to the other, and the post office to the rear. Village walkability without the neighbor noise. You`re in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley with four seasons of skiing, hiking, swimming, foliage, and shopping at your doorstep.

HOUSE RULES & ACCESS
No smoking, events, parties, or fireworks. Registered guests only. All guests must be 25 years of age or older with the exception of children related to registered guests over the age of 25. Well-behaved dogs are always welcome. Guests have access to both homes and the entire backyard.

Contactless self check-in: Each group receives a unique door code before arrival, valid for the length of your trip, and deactivated after every stay.

FRIENDLY REMINDER: There is no interior access from the carriage house to the big house. You have to walk outside a few steps to get from one house to the other. You can move freely between floors within each home. The kitchen is on the 2nd floor in the carriage house.

Some of our neighbors are full-time homeowners so we ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors and house rules to ensure we are able to continue to open our home to vacationers who want to enjoy North Conway and the Mount Washington Valley. Please abide by the town`s quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Registered guests only please. All guests must be 25 years of age or older with the exception of children related to registered guests over the age of 25.

NO SMOKING: A deep cleaning fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking inside the house

NO FIREWORKS: The Town of Conway prohibits the display of fireworks.

DOGS: Please pick up after your dog. Please no dogs on the beds or couches. Please use the hot tub towels to dry off your pup on those rainy/snowy/muddy days. Please do not use white bath towels on your dogs. Feel free to use the dog crate located in the closet in the 1st floor bedroom.

HOT TUB: You must abide by the posted hot tub rules.

LATE CHECK-OUT FEE: This is a large property and it takes the cleaners many hours to clean. We often have same day turnovers so as a result, we need you to check out on time. An extra $50 will be assessed if your group/belongings are still at the property after 30 minutes past your check-out time. An extra night will be assessed if you are still there 1 hour after your check-out time.
