The building offers parking, but please note the entrance is narrow; large SUVs or trucks must park on the street.

Guest Access:

Due to the building’s security policies, we require online check-in on our website prior to arrival, along with valid ID for access.



To access the building, you’ll need to go down a staircase to reach the lobby. Once inside, elevators will take you directly to your floor.



Upon arriving at the building, you and your companions must register at the lobby with the front desk staff, who will then provide you with access.



Please note that, due to building policies, luggage cannot be left at the reception or in common areas.



You’ll find the access card on the main table inside the apartment. This card allows entry to the building, and the round key fob is used for the elevator.



The building has parking available. If you bring a car, your parking spots are 005 and 006. Security will assist you in locating them.

Known for its Art Déco architecture, tree-lined parks, and cosmopolitan vibe, it blends the best of urban life with a relaxed atmosphere. You’ll find cafés, restaurants, galleries, and boutique shops, as well as two of the city’s most beautiful parks—Parque México and Parque España—perfect for a stroll or a peaceful break from the city buzz.



Getting Around:

Ride-hailing apps are the easiest way to get around the busy streets of Mexico City. You can also take the Metrobús, which runs along Insurgentes Avenue. For a more eco-friendly option, use the city’s Ecobici system, with stations conveniently located nearby.



Other Things to Note:

- A valid ID is required to register upon arrival.

Remember, all guests are required to present their ID for access.

- Due to the prime location, urban noise may be present at times—earplugs are available upon request.

- Drug use and parties are strictly prohibited.

This building is smoke-free.

- Pets must not be left alone in the apartment and must be leashed in common areas. Any damage caused by pets will incur an additional fee.

- Extra cleaning services are available for an additional cost

- Security cameras are installed in common areas for guest safety.

- Carbon monoxide detectors are installed in the apartments.



Arrival: Upon arrival, you’ll need to check in so we can grant you building access.

Visitors: Visitors are allowed but must be registered prior to arrival. Only guests may use the common areas.

Pets: Please inform us in advance so we can arrange a special cleaning service upon your departure.

Trash: If you need to throw out garbage, you can leave the bags in the containers near the lobby, or we will take care of it upon your checkout.

Cleaning: Available for an additional fee.
