Welcome to A Splash of Seafoam! This cozy, renovated coastal retreat sits in a quiet Kill Devil Hills neighborhood at Milepost 7 on the sound side of Hwy 158. Just a short drive or bike ride to the beach, sound, shops, restaurants, putt-putt, and more. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a relaxing loft. Located at Milepost 7 on the sound side of Highway 158, our home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. You're just a short drive or bike ride from the beach, the sound, shopping, local restaurants, putt-putt, a movie theater, and many of the Outer Banks' most popular attractions.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it's the perfect place to enjoy peaceful morning walks, scenic bike rides, or an early run before heading out for a day of adventure. If a slower pace is more your style, sip your morning coffee in the cozy sunroom, relax on one of the spacious back decks, or unwind on the patio while enjoying the coastal breeze.

Recently and thoughtfully renovated, this bright, airy home features an open-concept living space designed for gathering and making memories. The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with three inviting bedrooms featuring one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds, along with two full bathrooms. A cozy loft with a futon offers the perfect place to curl up with a book, play games, or simply unwind after a fun-filled day exploring the Outer Banks.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water—perfect for a quick rinse or a refreshing full shower under the open sky. Then fire up the grill on the back patio or take in the relaxing sounds of the coast on one of the two spacious back decks.

The home also includes a full-size washer and dryer, making it easy to settle in for a weekend escape or an extended vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was spacious, nicely decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and super helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend—we'd love to stay here again!

Very clean and updated house. It’s in a central location that makes exploring north and south OBX very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect spot for our mother/daughter get away. The place was beautiful, clean, and a welcoming place to stay with it being a great location to anything: beach/food/activities. When we arrived we were so beyond excited that it was such a special gem- the outside was cute and everything inside was top-notch and luxurious. Tammy was a super host and gave some great recommendations for our first trip to OBX. Her binder of recommendations and useful info for the area was very helpful in planning our special stay. She even gave my daughter a card, gift and happy birthday sign which was beyond thoughtful. Don’t forget to pack showering toiletries and beach towels!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was readily available and everything was thought through making our stay in this property smooth and seamless! We appreciated the books and games as well as a kitchen containing everything we needed. The description was accurate. Highly recommend!
