Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom cottage in Kill Devil Hills with a large and spacious front deck as well as screened in porch on the east side. Guests will find two queen bedrooms and a twin cozy bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. With two bathrooms featuring showers and an outdoor shower everyone can enjoy their own space. The cottage stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and AC. There is a laundry/utility room downstairs that also has some beach chairs, a beach cart and cornhole boards for your use. This wonderful cottage offers a peaceful retreat where guests can unwind and make lasting memories. It’s easy to see why you’ll feel right at home here.

The properties location was ideal for quick access to the beach, and convenient for shopping and dinning. The houses screened porch was a highlight, and the neighborhood was quiet and tucked away.

Stayed in this house for about a week. It was close to the beach (about a 3-minute walk) which was a big thing. Beach was clean and not crowded. Surf was nice. House was clean. It was easy to get into and out of. Three bedrooms - queen bed in two of the rooms and a set of bunkbeds in the third. It gave us all our own space while still giving us ample space in the main living area to relax, play games, cook meals, etc. The screened in porch provided a nice, breezy place to relax out of the sun but still being outdoors. Showers were clean and we were given ample towels. Washing machine / Dryer on site so we were able to do a load of laundry while we were there, so we didn't have to take back too many dirty clothes with us. Very nice.The host was easy to contact when we had questions and was very communicative throughout the whole process. It is across the street from the Wright Brothers museum, so we didn't have to travel too far for that piece, really could have walked to it. We did go up to Corolla area to do their Wild Horse beach tour. That was very interesting although riding in a jeep on the beach proved to be quite jostling. The granddaughters loved seeing the horses. Lots of other things to see and do as well - minigolf, movies and shopping to name a few.We would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to others that want to visit NC.

I live in Norfolk, Virginia, but have been going to the OBX ever since I was a kid so having a house down there that I can share with others has been a long time dream.

This area is central to lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s also right across the street from Wright National Park, which makes it very peaceful and multiple beach accesses within a two block walk. The Prospect Drive access also regularly has good sand bars for surfing.

With a large and spacious front deck that looks across the street to the Wright National Park the cottage offers a peaceful, relaxing time while still being close to everything you want do do.
