Located in the trees of a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park and 20 to Farragut State Park. 40 to CDA or Sandpoint. Guests will enjoy a welcoming space featuring one cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a pleasant bathroom with a refreshing shower. The kids can sleep on the pullout queen couch. The apartment stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Need to do some laundry? No problem, we have that for you. Full kitchen and refrigerator offer the ability to stock up and have homecooked meals. Pans, dishes and utensils provided. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this amazing spot offers a peaceful retreat and a small hot tub after a day of adventure. High speed WIFi internet and television. Sip a warm cup of coffee in the trees and listen to the birds sing and the rooster crow. You’re sure to find fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Other features upon request are a play structure for the kids, walking trails through the woods, meet and greet the farm animals. Horse/livestock layover with panel stalls or pasture turn out and arena.

This is a working homestead. Close gates. A farm dog is onsite and free roaming and will likely greet you. We are still building, please excuse the some of the mess.

Absolutely no parties or gatherings (small weddings considered). Smoking onsite is strictly prohibited. Long stays welcome. The shop is a separate building from our home. We will likely come say hello, but otherwise leave you in peace.
