Welcome to your perfect Rehoboth Beach getaway in the sought-after Rehoboth Crossing community! Ideally located on the east side of Route 1, this home offers easy access to Rehoboth Avenue and the beach, without ever having to cross Route 1.



Bring your bikes and take advantage of the community's private gated access to the Junction & Breakwater Trail. Downtown Rehoboth, the beach, and the famous boardwalk are all less than 2 miles away, making it easy to bike to the beach in about 15 minutes, the boardwalk in 10 minutes, or explore nearby Lewes.



This dog-friendly home includes access to the community pool, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun and an outdoor grill. You'll also be just 0.8 miles from the Tanger Outlets for shopping and only 0.4 miles from Jungle Jim's Water Park and several local restaurants. Additional overflow parking is available within the community, providing extra convenience for larger groups.

We loved this house! It is really a beautiful, well-kept property, with a very easy drive to the beach and boardwalk. The only issue for me was that I sent a couple of questions to the email that confirmed our stay and never got a reply. Maybe that was not the best way to communicate, but it is always better to have a person's name you can contact for inquiries. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property, and we would love to stay there again!

The home was great! Very functional and spaces were great. Loved the deck with string lights, sitting area offside of kitchen with oversized chair and master bedroom closet was amazing! Having access to bikes and the bike trail was great! Only recommendations, trash can in laundry room, door hook on master bathroom for towels, more storage containers/ Tupperware. Outside of these minor things the house really has everything we needed! Thank you for helping to make our stay great! We would definitely rent again!
