Created for families, friends and multigenerational groups who want far more than an ordinary place to sleep, this colorful escape combines playful designer interiors with a private backyard that feels like your own boutique resort. Every space has been thoughtfully designed for gathering, celebrating, relaxing and making the kind of vacation memories that become family stories.
And the backyard? It is the main event.
Start the afternoon with a friendly match on the private pickleball court, then unwind in the covered hot tub or retreat to the private sauna. When everyone gets hungry, fire up the gas grill or turn dinner into an experience with homemade pizzas from the wood-fired pizza oven. A large outdoor dining table gives the whole group space to eat together beneath the trees and string lights.
As evening arrives, gather around the circular stone fire pit, sink into one of the many Adirondack chairs and watch the backyard transform. The covered outdoor cinema features a large projector screen, comfortable lounge seating, curtains, ambient lighting and even a disco ball. Watch a movie from the theater seating, the fire-pit circle or while soaking in the hot tub. It is an unforgettable setup for family movie nights, game-day viewing and late-night classics beneath the stars.
Inside, the home is every bit as memorable. Bold colors, whimsical artwork, statement lighting and carefully chosen furnishings give each room its own personality without sacrificing comfort. The oversized sectional provides enough room for the entire crew to settle in together, while the record player and vinyl collection invite you to slow down and set the soundtrack for your stay.
The kitchen is not an afterthought. It is bright, beautifully equipped and ready for guests who genuinely enjoy cooking. You will find a gas range, full-size refrigerator, generous counter space, coffee grinder, espresso machine, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, tea selection, spices, oils and baking essentials. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar or gather around the large dining table for leisurely breakfasts, pizza-planning sessions and long dinners together.
Children—and adults who refuse to grow up—will love the custom bunk room. Three built-in bunks and Queen sleeper sofa create individual sleeping nooks, while cheerful plaid walls, cloud lights, children’s books, colorful storage and a dedicated television make this a destination all its own.
The serene blue-and-white primary bedroom offers a calmer counterpoint to the home’s joyful shared spaces, with plush bedding, a dramatic custom upholstered feature wall and a small workspace. Full laundry facilities, quality bath products and thoughtful family touches make longer stays comfortable and easy.
This home was made for the moments between the adventures: morning coffee on the covered deck, competitive pickleball matches, pizza dough spread across the outdoor table, movies under the stars, long conversations around the fire and one last soak before bed.

You will have access to the entire home with the exception of a few locked closets. The basement area is locked to guests but is accessible if needed.

The stairs in the home are very steep - please bare this in mind when booking. Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs.
We do have a fold out queen bed in the living room for guests who would like to spread out a little more - this does not mean you can sleep more than 7 people (max 6 adults).
No kids younger than 4 or older than 16 allowed on the top bunk.
This home is designed for relaxing getaways and quiet enjoyment.
We do not allow parties, events, or gatherings of any kind.
We are located in a residential community - quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if cigarette butts or dog poop are found in the yard.
The record player/records and the cinema projector & screen are checked between each stay.
We do allow up to 2 dogs at this property. Please make sure all dogs are added to your reservation. Pet fee is $50 per reservation.
Grill, Pizza Oven and Sauna are available year round and specialty fire wood is provided.
Fire pit is NOT available when there is snow on the ground. Firewood for the fire pit is provided the rest of the year.
We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service with all proceeds going to a local non-profit.
