Private: outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue house. Motor access to 20 m from the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 20 m. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Not recommended. House Mirai has three bedrooms, but only one receives natural light— the other two are underground with no view of the sky, which makes them feel dark and closed off. There was no hairdryer provided, and despite informing the agency, we never received one during our stay. The moka pot was broken, and although a replacement was brought after two days, we couldn’t enjoy a coffee for almost half our trip.The experience was disappointing due to the lack of basic amenities,no support

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. For clarity for future guests, the ad and photos indicate that two of the three bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, which explains the limited natural light in those rooms. Hairdryers were already available in the villa, and our local team also responded to your request by delivering a replacement moka pot during the stay once the issue was reported. We regret that these points affected your experience. Our local office remained available throughout the stay, and we continuously aim to provide clear information, responsive support, and well-equipped accommodation. Guest feedback is valuable to us and helps us improve our service.

Meersicht wunderschön,komfortable Villa

Für uns zwei Erwachsene haben wir in der Villa lediglich die Räume im Erdgeschoss benutzt (Wohnen, Essen, Küche, Schlafen und die Aussenterrassen). Diese waren ideal, wohnlich, wunderschön. Gepflegtes Haus, innen und aussen. Gute zweckmässige Infrastruktur. Die einmalig tolle Lage, mit dem rundum freien herrlichen Meerblick, einfach besonders. Empfehlung zum Beschrieb der Infrastruktur auf Ihrer Webseite: Es hat eine Kaffeemaschine (Beschrieb mit Typangabe wäre ideal).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen und wirklich alles sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Die Ankunft gestalte sich allerdings sehr mühsam. Das Navi führt uns zu einem der zwei Eingangstore. Dort war aber kein Hausschlüssel. Der Pförtner, erklärte uns dann, dass wir zum 2. Tor fahren müssen. (Zum Glück verstehen wir ein bisschen Italienisch.) Es war stockdunkeln, nach Mitternacht, und nicht einfach zu finden, da die Gegend sehr verwinkelt ist. Nachher war alles gut.

Familienurlaub

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Die Reise dorthin vom Olbia Airport ca. 1.5 Stunden dies lohnt sich aber. Der Einlass in die grosse Ferienhausanlage wurdndur den Portier geregelt-der 24/7 vor Ort ist Das Haus ist bestens eingerichtet Weingläser haben wir 6 dazugefügt. Es ist sauber und schön eingerichtet Bitte beachtet das nachts Wildschweine in der Anlage gerne den Abfall der Bewohhner holen.Abfallregeln beachten - sonst sitzt du fest auf dem Abfall. Perfekt Ferien wir kommen wieder. ❤️

Wunderschönes Haus und tolle Lage

Die Lage des Hauses mit der wunderschönen Sicht aufs Meer und das Haus selber hat uns extrem gut gefallen. Die Badebucht ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Beim Check-in gab es eine kleinere Verwirrung. Es wurde uns am Ankunftstag telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass wir bereits ab 13.00 Uhr einchecken könnten, was aber dann doch nicht stimmte, da noch nicht gereinigt war. Obwohl wir inklusive Bett-und Frotteewäsche gebucht hatten, fehlte diese und wir mussten einige Telefonate starten bis wir diese erhielten. Die Bettüberwürfe, die Matratzenüberzüge sowie die Sofaüberwürfe dürften etwas häufiger gewaschen werden. Schade war, dass das Restaurant und die Bar im Park nicht geöffnet waren, und das im Juli. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Schönes Haus an toller Lage

Schön möbiliertes Haus mit toller Aussicht und guter Lage. Badebucht gut zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Küche vermissten wir Weingläser und Eierbecher, die Bratpfanne war in ziemlich schlechten Zustand. Die Bettüberwürfe, die Matratzenbezüge sowie die Sofaüberwürfe sollten etwas häufiger gewaschen werden. Die Bett- und Frotteewäsche fehlte ganz obwohl gebucht. Diese wurde dann nach einigen Telefonaten noch gebracht. Beim Check-in kleine Verwirrung da Fehlinformation betr. Zeit erhalten.

Tolles Appartement in herrlicher Lage

Tolles Haus mit herrlichen Terrassen und herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer. Abends kann man auch sehr schön den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Auch sehr schöner Kaminofen Grill auf der Terrasse, der gut nutzbar ist. Einzig die an sich gute Ausstattung der Küche müsste dringend ergänzt und verbessert werden: es sind keine funktionsfähigen Pfannen vorhanden und es fehlen Weingläser. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Maison

Maison impeccable conforme aux photos avec un cadre magnifique. En revanche des prestations sont à améliorer : + d informations sur la résidence (le plan pour trouver la maison à l intérieur de la résidence serait très pratique et les infos des services proposés (snacks horaires d ouvertures..) au niveau de la maison manque de matériels pour cuisiner, pas de base en produits de nettoyage. La maison, en mai, était froide ,couvertures supplémentaires nécessaires . Maison superbe à améliorer
