Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (4 x 3 m, depth 20 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, barbecue. In the house: roof terrace. 30 m long narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) at 60 m. Shop 1 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Santa Reparata" 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: Palau 28 km, Porto Cervo 57 km. Please note: car recommended. Hydromassage (unheated water - room temperature) from 01.04. until 31.10.

Exit to the veranda. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating (extra).
