Beautiful places!
What a wonderful escape! We stayed in late October and the Portobello village (a private residential complex with supermarket, restaurant and beaches) was perfectly quiet. This is exactly what we wanted. This property is secluded and tucked away on a hillside with panoramic sea views from the terrace and a top roof terrace where we enjoyed breathtaking sunset. There were at least four (basically private but small) beaches within walking distance in the village, and so many more large and beautiful beaches within a 15 min drive. You do need a car to make the most of the area. The villa is refined with marbles and quality furnishing, It has also a patio at the back of the house with an external equipped kitchen and a grill which is perfect for cooking great dinners. We were met by a very friendly lady from Sardinia Unlimited; the agency helped us in booking leisures ( a great trip to Magdalena Archipelago) and a Sardinian Dinner at home! We’ll surely come back next summer!
