Boasting a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, the holiday apartment "Penthouse 3-Bedroom Duplex" is set in Mijas. This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

This apartment features 2 private open terraces that are cozily furnished for your outdoor relaxation. Additionally, guests can access shared amenities, including a fenced pool (which is open all year round, but not heated) and an outdoor shower.

Apartment was just lovely, just what we needed, clean and spacious with lovely views over the golf course and we could even see the sea Absolutely loved the huge terrace and the lovely balcony both were just perfect as were both pools. All bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds. Location was great for our golf outings and the shops and restaurants are close by. The host was brilliant with communication for check in and check out it was just perfect. Our only little issue was the awkwardness of getting our hire car in and out of the garage due to such a tight angle of the entrance.

Estáncia muy agradable y cómoda.

Pros: Urbanización muy tranquila y familiar, con piscinas y jardín muy cuidados. Destaco muy positivamente que tuviese plaza de parking privada. Cons: Tener que utilizar el coche para todos los desplazamientos.
