良かった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Our overall stay was decent for the price, but the condo was not what we expected based on our experience.Communication with the host was good, and the unit was clean when it came to the bedding. However, the property itself was very dated, and much of the furniture was heavily worn and dirty. The pullout sofa mattress was completely worn out and not usable for sleeping.We had planned for our son to sleep on the pullout sofa and reached out to ask if a hide-a-bed alternative or an air mattress could be provided. Unfortunately, the host was unable or unwilling to accommodate that request.We also encountered an issue with the dryer vent, which was full of water when we went to use it. We ended up troubleshooting and fixing the issue ourselves. In addition, the walls and drywall showed poor workmanship and were in need of repairs and fresh paint.While we appreciated the good communication and the cleanliness of the bedding, the outdated furnishings, worn-out sofa mattress, and general condition of the unit took away from the overall experience.For the price we paid, the stay was acceptable, but the condo could use some significant updates and maintenance. It simply did not meet our expectations.
