The charming Villa Pican is located in a quiet rural neighbourhood of the old town of Pian. The villa was built in the traditional Istrian style and is located on the top of the hill with a beautiful view of the mountains. Villa Pican offers a unique experience and a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

It is ideal for families or friends travelling together. At your disposal are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna.

As Villa Pican is surrounded by woods, it offers complete privacy and a stress-free environment.

In the beautiful garden, you can relax by the pool, indulge in the outdoor jacuzzi or prepare delicious meals on the barbecue for your family members or friends.

There is a fenced forest on the property with 2 geese and 26 deer that can be fed - a unique experience!

The entire property is fenced and has private parking for 5 cars. Villa Pican is air-conditioned, has wireless internet access and offers everything for a perfect holiday.Villa Pican is located in a quiet rural area of the old town of Pian, 25 minutes drive from the tourist hotspot Rabac on the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula. The town of Rabac is known for its beautiful beaches. Villa Pican offers peace and privacy far away from the hustle and bustle and tourist crowds and yet the famous Istrian destinations of Pula (60 km), Rovinj (45 km) and Porec (45 km) are within easy reach.

The beautiful Istrian nature and landscape with crystal clear sea, small historic towns, vineyards and olive groves can be discovered by bike.

During your stay in Istria, don't miss to visit the small towns in central Istria. Central Istria is known for its landscape of small, picturesque, medieval towns that are irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Enjoy the local Istrian and Mediterranean specialities in one of the restaurants located 5 km from the villa.

Wir waren Ende Mai 2023 14 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus, es ist ja manchmal so das die Bilder nicht unbedingt mit dem wahren Zustand übereinstimmen, aber hier passt einfach ALLES. Die Korrespondenz mit Klaudia war super, die Hausübergabe mit Barbara war sehr nett und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist in einem tadellosen Zustand, sauber, gepflegt, der Pool und der Jacuzzi wurden von einer Fachfirma gereinigt. Wir würden die Villa Pican immer wieder buchen, da es ein wunderschöner Urlaub mitten in der schönsten Natur war, was man alles in einer Autostunde Entfernung sehen kann, ist fantastisch. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team .

Wir waren Mitte September auf dem schönen Anwesen. Wie unsere Vormieter schon berichteten, das Anwesen, die Ausstattung und die herzliche Offenheit und Service von Klaudia und Barbara ist sehr vorbildlich. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Bei den Temperaturen, die bei der erhöhten Lage und bei Wolken die Auswahl ehr auf den Jacuzzi vielen ließen, war immer ein schöner warmer Ort. Für Hundebesitzer ist das Anwesen sehr groß und weitläufig, welches auch komplett eingezäunt ist. Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt und vor allem Ruhe und Entspannung.

Ein traumhaft schönes Anwesen für Erholung pur. Wir haben von Ende September bis Anfang Oktober unseren Urlaub hier verbracht. Wir haben nach Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit kombiniert mit Komfort gesucht und genau das gefunden. Die Villa hat alles, was man sich wünscht, ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sofort in diesen Ort verliebt. Als Hundebesitzer haben wir das riesige, vollständig umzäunte Grundstück und die Ausflüge in die Natur in der Umgebung sehr geschätzt und genossen. Klaudia und Ivan sind sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Perfekte Gastgeber. Zur Begrüssung bekamen wir zwei Flaschen ihres selbst hergestellten Weines, den wir wirklich genossen haben. Zudem konnten wir erstklassige Massagen von Lucija geniessen. Lucija kommt direkt zur Villa und wir können auch sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Villa Pican gehört mit Abstand zu den besten Ferienvillen, in der wir jemals Zeit verbracht haben und der Urlaub ging viel zu schnell vorbei.

Wir waren als Familie Anfang September 2023 in der wunderschönen Villa Pican. Das Anwesen liegt sehr idyllisch und abgelegen in der schönen Landschaft Istriens und ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu erholen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Die Kommunikation mit Klaudia und Ivan war herzlich und unkompliziert. Barbara hat uns vor Ort getroffen und uns alle Annehmlichkeiten gezeigt! Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder ;)
