Very large, very modern, very comfortable apartment block "Essential Javea", built in 2023. In the resort Jávea, 1.1 km from the sea, 1.1 km from the beach. Plants and trees. For shared use: swimming pool (15 x 8 m, depth 40 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, children's playground (slide). In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Supermarket 180 m, restaurant 300 m, bar 150 m, bus stop "Estacion de Autobuses" 700 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2.5 km, shingle beach "Playa de la Grava Port Javea" 1.1 km. Sports harbour 1.5 km, surf school 1.2 km, sailing school 1.2 km, tennis 2.3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
