Villa Julia is located near the sea and is the ideal place for a relaxing family vacation, but also has all the amenities for an active one if you wish.

Villa Julia can accommodate up to 14 guests and welcomes you in 6 tastefully furnished, comfortable double bedrooms. 5 of the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and four of them have a private terrace.

The remaining bedroom is located on the first floor, as well as a bathroom next door. On the other side of the hallway on the first floor you will find a large, comfortably designed living room as well as an adjoining dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an additional guest WC.

You can step out onto the large covered terrace where you can relax and enjoy the shade. The view from here stretches across the large, beautifully manicured garden, which extends to the inviting private pool. Whether you are sunbathing and simply relaxing or swimming in the pool to refresh yourself, it will trigger all your vacation senses.

One of the special features of Villa Julia is that it has an additional building that extends over 150m2 and offers a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as a TV room and pool table and a guest WC. The large barbecue is ready for you to try out local dishes and enjoy with your family.

In addition to tourism, the inhabitants of this town have been fishing for thousands of years. From Liznjan you can see the Kvarner Bay, all the way to the islands of Cres and Losinj. Nearby are the remains of the Roman settlement of Vizace (Nesactium). The picturesque harbor offers fish specialties. For horse lovers there is a center for equestrian sports.
