Quiet, renovated family home in a suburban neighborhood, all comforts, office with wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine in basement and dryer, close to all amenities, center and beaches. Parking on the property. Facing the entrance to the port of Perros, a 15-minute walk from the town center and close to the weekly Friday market. A hiking trail runs alongside the house, on one side towards the town center and on the other towards the Pors ar Goret grove and Trestrignel beach. The train station is 10 km away, the bus stop 300m. Trestrignel beach 400m, golf course 6km.

Get your fill of culture with a visit to the emblematic Cité des télécoms theme park and the Ernest-Renan House Museum, or spend an afternoon pampering yourself at the Sentier littoral des douaniers and Spa Ranolien. The pleasant Aquarium marin de Trégastel and Planétarium de Bretagne are also well worth a visit. The surrounding waters are the perfect backdrop for new activities such as snorkeling and motorboat rides, while outdoor adventure enthusiasts can opt for bike rides and mountain biking.
