In La Herradura, the villa 'Casa Geniol Luxury' offers an excellent view of the sea.

This 3-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating in the living room and all bedrooms, a washing machine as well as satellite TV.

A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request at no extra cost.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open all year round), a garden, garden furniture and an open terrace. A barbecue is available upon request.

Pros: We were lucky because we discovered this shelter by accident. And we were not disappointed. The Casa Genial is a wonderful house and you can see that it was very well thought out. The location is very quiet. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Everything was very clean and the rooms are beautifully designed. Also the area invites you to visit many restaurants or just go for a walk. We also enjoyed our day trip to Granada very much. In summary we can recommend this accommodation very much.

Pros: We just stayed one week at this fabulous house overlooking the Mediterranean. The house is exactly as pictured and described on the website and has everything one could want in the way of amenities. The views from the house and the many decks of the house are truly spectacular. In addition, Christian and the local property manager, Cees, were very responsive to our questions and also were available during our stay to insure that all went well with our stay. This was truly an exceptional experience.

Wonderful place to stay!

Pros: Getting up to that view every day! Cons: Nothing I didn’t enjoy during the stay! The location is on a hillside. You can walk to a great beach but walking back can be tough. Don’t forget this is to be expected if your house is perched on a hillside!! We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Small point - another fridge wouldn’t go amiss as when there’s 7 people in hot weather you need lots of cold drinks!!!

Pros: A beautifully designed, well maintained villa (just as you hope from the photos) which made it so easy to quickly settle into our relaxing Christmas holiday. Although we had two weeks of beautiful sunny weather, the unheated pool was a little too chilly for us to use more than once. However the steam room and open fireplace were great additions to our winter evenings. Loved the setting and location (stunning sunrises and ocean views can be seen from most rooms) and with a car (you do need one), it is easy to get to Granada, Malaga and the other coastal towns/ beaches nearby. Although off season - I think we were pretty much the only people staying in our road- the town and beach restaurants were open, the roads were clear, parking was easy and the atmosphere was relaxed rather than dead. Would definitely like to explore the area further, and would happily stay at Casa Geniol again.

Ein wunderschönes Haus für einen wunderbaren Urlaub

Pros: Das Haus ist einfach wunderbar mit einem großartigen Blick aufs Meer egal von welchem Raum aus. Es ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus ist modern und gleichzeitig super gemütlich. Die Hauseigentümer haben offensichtlich einen tollen Geschmack, liebe zum Detail und haben das Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Jonathan, die gute Seele des Hauses, hat uns toll empfangen, uns alles gezeigt (das war wirklich eine Mega Haustour - Danke nochmal dafür) und wir haben uns super willkomnen und betreut gefühlt. Obwohl das Wetter ausnahmsweise nicht an allen Tagen schön war, haben wir uns so wohlgefühlt und durften das Lichterspiel (Blitze) über dem Meer bestaunen - was für ein Erlebnis. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt und die liebevolle Betreuung. Cons: Wir können einfach überhaupt nicht meckern, nur schwärmen

Pros: Das Ferienhaus entsprach in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Grosszügigkeit des Hauses war für uns ( 3 Paare ) ideal,da neben Räumen und Plätzen der Gemeinsamkeit auch ausreichend Möglichkeit zum Rückzug und zum Arbeiten gegeben war. Voraussetzung ist die Anreise mit einem Mietwagen oder eigenen Pkw. La Herradura ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten nach Granada,aber auch zu Wanderungen in der Sierra Nevada. Dieses Ferienhaus kann sehr empfohlen werden.

Pros: Wir, 2 Paare, wurden im nächstgelegenen Ort, trotz später Ankunft, durch die Hausverwaltung empfangen, zum Feriendomizil begleitet und durch die Villa geführt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in allen Belangen übertroffen. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem Berghang mit herrlichem Blick nach rechts auf einen Hafen und links auf die nächstgrößere Stadt in der Umgebung. Das Interieur ist sehr geschmackvoll und bietet den Rahmen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir haben alle Zimmer in einem sehr reinlichen Zustand vorgefunden. Die Hausverwaltung hat uns in jeder Hinsicht unterstützt und hilfreich zur Seite gestanden. Mit unseren Leihwagen waren Ausflugsziele in der Region (Malaga, Granada, Sierra Nevada) schnell und einfach innerhalb einer Stunde zu erreichen. Das Domizil ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal vor Ort.

Der Ausblick aus jedem Zimmer ein Traum. Man kann sich einfach nicht sattsehen. Überdies war der komplette Schriftverkehr mit dem Hauseigner sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Pros: Väldigt fint och stilrent hus. Härligt med flera olika terrasser och en fantastisk pool! Inte speciellt barnvänligt. Vi reste med en tvååring och det är inte att rekommendera i det här huset. Vi hade hyrbil vilket är ett måste här. Finns inga butiker i närheten utan allt är i byn. Väldigt backigt och att gå upp är inte att rekommendera.
