Thank you for staying in our home. The house is always thoroughly cleaned before guests arrive. It is also our usual practice to leave the air conditioning running and the windows closed so that the house is cool and comfortable upon arrival. You requested access to the property several hours before our standard check-in time, and we agreed to accommodate this request. As a result of the early arrival, our staff did not have enough time to leave the air conditioning running or to give the terrace a final check before your arrival. During those days, there was a significant amount of dust in the air, and it can settle on surfaces within just a few hours. Unfortunately, that is something we cannot control. The house was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Access to the swimming pool and the sea is controlled by an access key in order to ensure exclusive use by authorized users. The key is required to enter the area, but not to leave it. We regret that this was an inconvenience for you. We always make every effort to keep the property in impeccable condition for our guests, and we appreciate it when guests also treat the property with care. When we entered the house to clean after your departure, we found several bags of rubbish and almost all of the dishes and glassware left dirty. We understand that guests are on holiday and want to enjoy their stay, but property owners also appreciate it when their home is treated with respect and consideration.
