With two bathrooms that include heated floors and towel bars, comfort is always within reach. Start your day with coffee or tea from the coffee bar, while enjoying the birds signing and the sun rise over the Mississippi River. The tranquil atmosphere invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re gathering in the spacious living areas, unwinding in the hot tub, or enjoying some the views from the large deck, this tremendous house provides an enjoyable retreat. John grew up in this house, which has made it a very special project. We enjoy the views the house has to offer and the river activities - boating, water skiing, fishing.

This home has amazing views of the Mississippi River.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck watching the sun rise over the river. Enjoy watching the barges make their way up and down the river. Relax and listen to the birds.
There are three King sized beds with Nectar Luxe Hybrid mattresses. Also a Queen Nectar mattress with a full-size bed in the same room.
Indoor hot tub with river view. Open the garage door or close the garage door and you will be able to see the river while in the hot tub. The room is designed with air conditioning and adequate ventilation for pool areas.
Dog friendly, with additional fee.
Indoor fireplaces. Outdoor fire pit.
Coffee/Tea bar. Fully stocked kitchen.

Property is adjacent to Wildcat Bluff Scientific and Natural Area -200 plus acres of hiking the Mississippi valley bluff country right out your back door. Deer hunting permitted from property with Minnesota license.
