Enjoy more than 1,600 square feet of private living space in our two-story townhome—with no neighbors above you. Two spacious bedrooms feature ensuite baths, with an additional half bath conveniently located on the main level.

Step onto the private balcony from the primary suite for morning coffee or a quiet glass of wine at the end of the day.

A fully equipped kitchen and dedicated dining area open to the main-level lanai, complete with a Viking grill and outdoor dining space—perfect for an evening at home after a day of exploring.

Full-size laundry and supplies are provided, along with bikes, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and water-sports accessories for enjoying the resort and nearby beaches.

Walk, bike, or take a golf cart—yes, they’re permitted on resort roads—to nearby beaches, snorkeling, spectacular sunsets, more than a dozen restaurants, shopping, walking trails, and some of the best experiences the Kohala Coast has to offer.

This unit is really great. We have stayed here twice in two years. The location can't be beat. Unit has all the items you need for the beach and pool. Super clean. Worth it.

We absolutely LOVED this stay. Our favorite of any VRBO. Clean, beautiful amenities & tons of extras ! They have it all - beach chairs, bogie boards , coolers , high chairs , toys, floaties … everything. There was just about any and everything you could think of. Everything was so organized and well thought out. The absolute best. The resort pool steps from the patio & the owners beach was amazing. Just perfection.

We felt very welcomed into this comfortable, well stocked and well equipped townhouse. We loved being steps away from the very nice community pool which made it seem like our own with a few guests over. The upstairs lanai chairs were extremely comfortable and the view over the palm tree lines pool was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and spices & oils. There was abundant outdoor gear for biking and beaches. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place! Excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here! The place is beautifully decorated, fully stocked with anything you need, comfortable beds and great location right across from the pool! We loved the restaurants nearby and the owners beach was great for snorkeling and just having a great time at the beach. We highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway or family vacation!

This place is magical!

Beautifully appointed home on with all the amenities needed to fully enjoy a vacation on the Big Island. With the pool and hot tub just feet from the lanai, we ended up spending a couple afternoons relaxing there instead of sightseeing - very relaxing. We loved everything about this place and are already planning a return trip!

Hi Grace, I'm so glad you both enjoyed our property and found it supplied with all that you needed! I feel bad that you had to deal with all the bicycle tire issues (flats). We have never had such a problem before. Since your visit, we have purchased many tube replacements for each bike and have made them available on the equipment rack-just in case those darn kiawi thorns are a problem. Much Aloha, Laura

Second time we’ve stayed at this property. Comfortable; well equipped kitchen, some food supplies and spices in cupboards, great grill. Beds are good, rooms are private. Condo is very quiet. Located close to pool and private beach. Lots of beach toys, beach chairs, coolers, and close to a nice grocery store. Owner responds quickly to questions. Would love to go back again.

Beautiful Mauna Lani condo!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautifully furnished and well stocked with all the beach gear you’ll need. We enjoyed riding the bikes around the resort property. We’d love to stay again on our next visit.

Everything you need!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, well situated, and furnished beautifully. We didn't lack for anything in the kitchen (and we cooked in all but one night) and having bikes was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved this place!

Such a pleasant experience overall in a beautiful home. Mauna Lani is a perfect location for relaxing at local beaches, the pool or heading out for any adventure…top of Mauna Kea, Kona fishing, Volcanoes National Park. Thanks for making our stay easy!

Perfect location.

Loved the location for the pool. Clean and very well appointed. Had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Having access to the beach club was a plus. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Kona.
