Northcoast Village Impeccable Unit with both Ocean and Harbor Views

Beautiful single-story unit facing north with stunning views of the harbor and ocean beach in gorgeous North Coast Village. Enjoy the views from patio, along with a full kitchen and updated bathroom. The unit has a gorgeous ocean breeze but does not have air conditioning. The property features lush landscaping with koi ponds, waterfalls, and streams. There is a large pool and spa for your use, both heated year-round. There are washer/dryer amenities in the laundry areas on site, making it easy to do several loads at a time if needed. There is also a weight gym and cardio gym with a clubhouse for pool, ping pong or relaxing. Additional amenities include a putting green and direct beach access where bikes, skateboards and walkers are found. It’s just a few-minute walk to the beach, pier, and harbor, as well as nearby restaurants and bars. The unit includes beach chairs, boogie boards, linens, and beach towels. Nearby attractions include Legoland, Duffy electric boat ride by the Harbor, the flower farms in Carlsbad, Jet Ski and SUP rentals at Carlsbad Lagoon, the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park in Escondido, SeaWorld, Disneyland, and Knott’s Berry Farm. Temecula is also nearby, with more than 50 wineries and a great Old Town area. The city is very walkable it’s in a great central location! Come explore Southern California or simply relax at the beach! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great unit, views and location are amazing. Property grounds are lush and tropical. Great private deck with harbor views. Walk to harbor shops & restaurants. Quiet and well appointed unit that screams beach.

It was a beautiful property. Close to the beach. Most place are walkable. Make sure you don’t get there to early before check-In unless you have an early check-In. Security will not let you in till exact time. Laundry you need to have app to use and pay for it. Pool area was nice and clean. Gets busy in the afternoon. No ac in the units but beautiful cool breeze keeps the room cool. Beach chairs, towels and sand buckets were supplied buy the host.

Taras place was amazing!! She had said it gets an incredible breeze through the unit and it does!! None of the units have ac so this was awesome!! Loved our view of the harbor and the grounds just outside the unit. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. We even used the beach umbrellas and wagon to tote stuff down to the sand. So helpful! The king bed was comfortable and the pullout bed even had a foam mattress topper which made it nice for the kids to sleep on. The location of this condo was super easy to get to as well. Loved the closeness to the parking garage and easy access to our car. No elevator needed!! Great when you are unloading and loading vacation things, groceries etc. As always the grounds are stunning everywhere you go!! I could walk around for hours!! Condo is close to anything you need. Short walk to the Harbor for shops, restaurants and coffee. Neighborhood Walmart is less than a mile away if you have forgotten anything. We would definitely stay again!

Charmingly decorated with beach themed linens and decor. The living room is geared for comfort! Very well outfitted kitchen and linen cupboard. Nice additional amenities, like beach chairs and beach wagon. Also games, books, and magazines. Unit is very convenient to parking, and to stairs that access grounds/pool/gym/beach. Beautiful view and nice breeze when windows are open. We particularly enjoyed the unexpected treat of rainbows cast across the room as the sun was setting and hitting beveled mirror edges as it sank! Host was very kind and supportive during our extended stay. Couldn't ask for better! Comfortable bed, updated kitchen and bath. Bath was stocked with a variety of amenities. One caution goes out to those sensitive to the mildew/mold that is extremely common in buildings near water. This unit and the adjacent one (also musty) sit over a lovely water feature (think babbling brook), but that comes at the cost of high humidity and mustiness until the unit gets aired out.

Great vacation spot

This was a great vacation spot for our family. Lots to do for kids/teenagers and easy access to the beach shopping and restaurants. We loved the sauna!

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay with a view of the sea and sunset watching. David was very helpful when the hot water went out in the building and directed us to the showers in the gym. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place

Location was literal steps from the beach. Everything was comfortable and easy to access. Would definitely stay here again.
