This secluded villa is set in peaceful private grounds and offers many interesting features such as a private swimming pool, stone barbecue, children's playground, streetball area, badminton & football pitch... The villa offers its guests 2 double bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a baby cot should you need it. The bedroom on the 1st floor has satellite TV. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a massage bath. The villa has a beautiful, spacious garden with Mediterranean herbs which, together with the private pool, provide the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Important: younger visitor groups are not allowed! Krnica is a small village in Istria, not far from the sea (5 minutes by car). It is the ideal starting point for day trips to the famous towns of Pula, Rovinj and Opatija. Krnica is also an excellent place to combine a relaxing and active holiday. In the nearby harbour there is an excellently equipped diving centre that offers exciting night dives to old sunken ships, spectacular underwater caves, rocks and explorations of the spectacular diversity of the underwater world for beginners and experienced divers. All Istrian coasts offer diverse beaches and crystal clear waters. The unspoilt coastline is home to quiet bays with small pebbles, wave-washed new rocks and smooth stones with fragrant forests. This area with numerous coastal and forest trails is great for mountain biking, long relaxing walks, horse riding and is a good starting point for exploring the magic of Istria. Krnicki Porat is a beautiful harbour of timeless fishing traditions.
