I stayed at Kona Mansions B116 after the hurricane, during a time when I unexpectedly found myself without water or electricity and really didn’t have anywhere else to go. With so many places already booked, finding somewhere to stay was extremely difficult.Knutson & Associates went out of their way to accommodate me when I really needed it. They were understanding of the situation, found a way to get me into the unit, and offered me a very reasonable rate considering everything that was happening.The unit gave me a comfortable, safe place to settle in after several exhausting days, and I don’t think they realize how much that meant to me at the time. It wasn’t just about finding a vacation rental it was having someone show kindness and flexibility when circumstances were completely out of my control.I’m extremely grateful to Knutson & Associates for the way they treated me and handled everything. Kona Mansions B116 was exactly what I needed during a difficult week, and the care I received from their team is something I won’t forget. Thank you again for being there when I truly needed somewhere to go.
