牧場には多くの特徴があります：日よけを提供する広い傘のある素晴らしい屋外エリアと、泳いでリフレッシュできるオーバーフローするプール、シンクとバーベキューのある屋外キッチンで、屋外で地中海料理を調理できます。さらに、6つの日光浴用の椅子、6人用の大きなダイニングテーブルのあるポーチ、島の最高の晴れた日を楽しむためのソファコーナーがあります。隣接する芝生と豊かな地中海の植生のある広い庭園には、もう一つの目玉：ツリーハウスが待っています。



バケーションヴィラの内部はモダンなデザインを採用しています：目立つ特徴には、パノラマ窓のおかげで明るいリビングとオープンキッチンが含まれ、周囲のマヨルカの風景の素晴らしい景色をいつでも楽しむことができます。大きく、居心地の良い、完全に設備の整ったキッチンには、6人用のダイニングテーブルがあります。



3つの部屋は、それぞれ2つのシングルベッドがあり、シャワー付きのプライベートバスルームを備えています。1つの部屋は地下にあり、広々としたスイートバスルームと高いプライバシーを提供しています。他の2つの部屋は、外部テラスに直接アクセスできる大きなパティオドアを持っています。部屋は電動日よけで暗くすることができます。また、ゲスト用のトイレもあります。



家全体は空調が効いており、Wi-Fiが利用可能です。



ガレージは2台の車を収容でき、ダーツボードも設置されています。

Top verblijf gehad!

Raad het iedereen aan die op zoek is naar een luxe verblijf in een rustig gebied. De woning was modern en mooi ingericht. Het was schoon en de waterdruk van de badkamer was heerlijk. Verder was de kat die op het erf woont een schatje.

What can we say, such a lovely villa in a beautiful location, lovely wee village near by.

We had a very relaxing stay, plenty of shaded areas throughout the day around the property that it's hard to choose from, landscaped very well, we would love to have seen the garden in bloom. Clean, tidy, uncluttered, spacious living area, kitchen was well equipped, came with it's own friendly cat (who lives outside). The water pressure is really good, the water is really hot if required, the downstairs en-suit shower rain head was really nice! Yes it is somewhat under the flight path, we didn't find this an issue, but it is an island, so hard not to see and hear planes.

The house is fantastic – modern, spacious, and very well equipped.

The large, well-kept garden comes with a great pool, perfect for relaxing. A lovely cat lives on the property and enjoys keeping guests company – you just need to remember to feed it, but the host left plenty of food, so it was no issue. Communication with the host was excellent – very responsive and helpful. The only thing to be aware of is the local waste disposal policy in Spain: trash has to be taken to collection points a few kilometers away, and special bags for mixed waste need to be purchased (they’re inexpensive and card payment is accepted). All in all, a wonderful place to stay – highly recommended!

A week in Villa Laier

From the moment we entered the property we were blown away. The setting is stunning, the building an architect’s dream with floor to ceiling glass giving you views across an elegant terrace, gardens and olive grove. The infinity pool was placed perfectly and also had jets and a seating area and was the perfect size for Marco Polo. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were spacious and comfortable with ample storage. The open plan kitchen and living rooms were a great place to hang out. The outside space was extensive with lots of different nooks to hang out. The house felt like a very carefully and beautifully designed home rather than a holiday rental. The house’s crowning glory was the incredibly cute, friendly and charming cat that lives in the garden. We were heartbroken to say good bye. We did walk into Sencelles once but really you need a car and there are plenty of charming villages and towns to explore nearby. There are a number of great cafes and restaurants in Sencelles. We loved the Senseless Art Cafe, Cafe Talaiot and Can Pep (one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten). We were only there for a week and it was far to short. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

We went on a family trip and stayed here, and it was perfect for what we wanted and needed!

Gorgeous location with an epic view from the pool. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with the bbq pretty much every night and spent most days in the pool. The location is private and made us feel like we were alone, which was lovely. Really recommend this place!

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön und laden zum Erholen ein

Wenig bis gar keine Strassenlärm, jedoch liegt das Dorf direkt in der Anflug- Abflugschneisen vom Flughafen, was für Ruhesuchenden etwas störend sein kann. Alles in allem eine tolles Haus mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern.
