The “Lössnitzweg” stop on bus line 72 is about 400m away. The bus generally runs every 30 minutes during the day. The route map can be found at https://www.dvb.de/de-de/.
There’s also a very good app.

In addition, the DVB offers an excellent supplementary service called “Mobi Shuttle” for the area north of the Elbe River.
It also works via an app and functions like a kind of taxi that fills in gaps affordably and, under certain circumstances, even for free.
