Welcome,<br>. I’m pleased to offer you a wonderful two-story studio, ideal for groups, events, and more. The studio is often used for workshops, co-working, and events, but it’s also perfect for a weekend getaway or a group work trip, for example. Since we’re not a traditional vacation rental, we provide sleeping mattresses but no bedding. Please bring sleeping bags or similar and towels. For events, we can accommodate up to about 40 people; for overnight stays, a maximum of 20 people (please note: prices vary—feel free to inquire). The studio is centrally located in Stuttgart. Everything you need for daily life, dining, and shopping can be found nearby. Visitors/guests must also be listed. The location is primarily available via Airbnb on weekends, as different terms apply for corporate bookings during the week. Please inquire explicitly about this; for certain time slots, it may also be possible at the Airbnb rate.<br><br>Since our studio is not a traditional vacation rental, we do not have beds but provide sleeping mattresses, gym mats, and cloth blankets. You should bring your own sleeping bags or similar items, as well as towels. Upon request, however, we can be flexible in accommodating any requests (amenities, catering, flexible check-in, etc.). On the lower floor, there are two restrooms, a washing machine, and a simple shower in a separate room. Important! Please do not play loud music or similar after 10 p.m. at the venue. There are private apartments above the studio. The studio is also ideal for events (to reiterate: no parties with loud music at night) and excellent for photo and video shoots, seminars, and more.<br><br>The two lounge areas are located in the basement and are intended for socializing or group work.<br><br>Coffee and beverages are available inside the studio for a separate fee payable on-site. Prices are posted.<br>Early check-in is possible upon request.<br><br>Check-in and check-out times are flexible upon request.<br><br>During certain time slots, two parking spaces are available on the property. Please inquire! Otherwise, parking is available for a fee on the street or in one of the nearby parking garages.
