Located in Marans, Gîte Koala is the perfect holiday home for sharing special moments with family or friends. Spread over two levels, it accommodates up to 8 guests and offers a comfortable setting designed for a relaxing holiday.



Inside, you’ll find a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and separate toilets. For your convenience, the house features Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, as well as books and games for children. A ping-pong table is available. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.



Outside, enjoy a private area with a heated saltwater pool (open April to end of September), an outdoor terrace, and a barbecue—ideal for peaceful, friendly gatherings. The pool is strictly reserved for guests staying at the property. To maintain water quality and comfort for all, sunscreen is not permitted in the pool.



Four parking spaces are available on the property. For peace and respect of the premises, pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.



We are committed to sustainability and provide recycling instructions, as well as equipment to help save water and energy. Guests are responsible for the use of the equipment provided.



A check-in and check-out inventory will be carried out upon arrival. Tourist tax and security deposit, if applicable, are payable on site.
