Fantastic wifi villa with pool + garden in a quiet villa area and only 800 m to the 7 km beach of Armação de Pêra. 3 x balcony sea view!
OBJECT
Your vacation villa is a palace on a hillside! You have 4 bedrooms on 2 floors with 4 balconies. All are furnished differently - every family member will find their favorite. 4 bathrooms - 2 of them en suite. The huge living room is equipped with a fireplace, TV and WLAN and has a dining area for everyone. Next door is a nice spacious billiard room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an extra utility room with washing machine. The villa offers many opportunities to enjoy the sun/shade - depending on your needs. From the 3 south-facing balconies you have a beautiful sea view. One bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with air conditioning. Here you can have a nice barbecue by the pool and enjoy the warm evenings.

ENVIRONMENT
This villa is situated in a quiet location between the beach and a rural area. At the very back in a small cul-de-sac. On foot to the beach or into town - no need to constantly search for a parking space. The town has a huge car-free beach promenade and invites you to relax and store - simply ideal with children. You can start any excursion from here as it is centrally located in the Algarve. Golf, horse riding and all kinds of water sports in the immediate vicinity. Albufeira with its huge car-free old town on the beach is worth a visit - day or night in 15 km. Silves, the ancient Arab capital with its magnificent castle, is only 17 km away. Sagres is 75 km away; the most south-westerly point in Europe and should not be missing from your plans. The area around Lagoa is famous throughout the country for its ceramics tradition.

However, you can always book a car on site for a few days so that you can explore the beautiful surroundings even better. We will give you directions directly to the Quinta when you book. GPS data included. You are free to choose your arrival and departure day. Depending on flight and time. Reservations possible from one week. Also 9, 11 or ... nights
