This light-filled home with plenty of open space is a relaxing paradise for your next trip to Moab! With sleeping arrangements for up to 33 people, this home is ideal for group getaways, reunions, and entertaining your nearest and dearest. Two covered decks in front and in back of the home are wonderful for cooking on the two gas grills, dining al fresco in the sunshine, and taking in the awe-inspiring scene of the La Sal Mountains.

This home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac seven miles south of downtown Moab. You'll find countless hiking, biking, and off-roading trails within a short distance, and several incredible national and state parks (including Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and Dead Horse Point State Park) less than 25 miles away. The area around Moab is known for its slick rock bike riding and unlimited 4x4 trails, with dining options in town that range from the casual to the upscale. The house was perfect for our group of mountain bikers. Open and airy kitchen and family room was great for relaxing after a long day in the mountains. The back porch was our favorite for relaxing.

Great place to stay, good location outside of town and quiet, good for big groups and glad it has two grills, needs the ice maker to be fixed but not a big deal. Good place to come back to after a long day of riding!

Rooms were clean, kitchen had everything we needed, but some of the drawers were broken. We also found a few roaches, but it is the desert. ;) Honestly, a great and inexpensive place to stay.

Perfect spot for big group

This place provided everything we needed perfectly. Nice open location away from crowds, plenty of comfortable beds for all 17 of us, well-stocked kitchen, and bathrooms, even extra blankets. We hope to stay here again someday.

Leadership Retreat

Really enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was the code to get in was not emailed ahead of time so when we arrived we had to call the property manager. They were very helpful and got us in quickly. Stay was great and perfect for our needs!

Amazing location!

The house was amazing and clean The water pressure on the other hand kinda sucked even taking only one shower at a time.
