Summary:

This delightful studio has the majestic pines of Mount Major State Forest right behind the building, not to mention sparkling bay waters just steps away! After a good hot-weather hike or some time on the water, come back and hang out on the comfortable sofa to enjoy a quiet read or a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV. The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, counter space, and even a four-burner stove to help you prepare a delicious breakfast or a quick lunch before heading out again.



The Space:

Two friends can eat with you at the dining table with seating for three. Take your first cup of coffee out to the water to savor while the world wakes up around you. You'll even have shared gas grills to host a hot-weather barbecue with friends. Don't forget to take advantage of the free WiFi to post your best memories to your social media or download a good playlist to your device for a romantic walk along the lapping shoreline. No Boats or trailers permitted on site.

Quiet place on the lake

Quaint little spot right on Alton Bay! Close to everything but tucked away in a quiet little spot. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The little beach and dock were perfect for a relaxing weekend. Thank you for offering such a great place at an affordable rate.

room was nice

Room was nice. Clean. however we only stayed one night. There is a metal cover over the AC in the wall that banged and rattled all night preventing us from getting any sleep. we checked out first thing in the morning to make the drive back home to get some sleep. we intended to stay for two nights and spend the days exploring the area but were way to tired to do anything other than go home to sleep. We were very disappointed and if it was not for this we would have enjoyed this place.
