良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
The house itself was beautiful, and the location is exactly what we were looking for. The problem I had with the rental is the water has such a strong sulfur smell that you could not drink it or even shower in it. The smell filled the house when you turned on the faucet. That issue needs to be addressed before other renters go into the property. I bought water to drink and brush our teeth with, but none of us were able to shower, which is uncomfortable if you’re there for more than a night. When I spoke to the office about the issue, they said they were aware of it and that the smell would go away if we ran the water long enough. It did not. They also brought us a big water bottle with a tap for drinking on day two and offered us to use the bath house inside the campground, however, with two elderly women with limited mobility, this was not an option for us. The washing machine evidently worked, but the dryer did not, and there was a sign saying it was out of order . Again, this was not a huge deal as none of us wanted to wash our clothes and water that smelled like sulfur anyway. I had my 87-year-old mother and my 89 year-old aunt with me so the water was a huge issue for us. Would gladly rent this house again if the water situation is rectified, I do feel that the price was too high given the fact that we had terrible water. I have never left a bad review for a vacation rental, but this was too big an issue to overlook given the cost of the rental.
