The living area has a large bright window facing the back decked garden, a large comfortable sofa with two arm chairs, stereo, DVD player and a Smart 40” television with a full UK & international satellite package, tucked away from view inside a wooden cabinet. A beautiful Balinese fan hangs delicately above the seating area, giving a cool and gentle breeze during the warmer summer months.

The dining area is lit with hanging ceiling lights and has a large teak dining table, situated next to the double doors leading to the rear decked garden with outstanding views of the mountains.

A new fully equipped kitchen includes a state-of-the-art induction hob with internal exhaust, electric oven, a combi microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cafetière and filter coffee machine.
