This VRBO was in the perfect location, easily walkable to downtown restaurants, shops, coffee shops. The house is well decorated and on a very picturesque street. Loved that it’s a historic house. Will be staying here again when I’m back in Wilmington!

This property is absolutely charming. It’s lovely old construction beautifully renovated and decorated - spacious with tall ceilings and big windows. It was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The host was thoughtful and attentive. She provided many “extras,” including a basket of snacks, a well-stocked coffee and tea station, books, games, and multiple very nice TV’s. (You do need to be able to go up one flight of steps; as the property is on the second floor.) Parking by permit on the street was easy and convenient. The location was excellent - it was easy for us to walk to downtown Wilmington, including many shops and restaurants and the beautiful riverwalk along the Cape Fear. In addition, the historic district in which the space is located is gorgeous. We also had easy access to major roads and highways. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would very highly recommend this property.
