The apartment, approximately 50 m², is located in a terraced house in an extremely quiet setting.
A private road leads directly from Bergstraße to the house, where you also have a private parking space. The apartment consists of a living room (with satellite TV, radio, and CD player), a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The enchanting little village of Pino (Lombardy), perched on a rocky outcrop, lies on the sunny eastern shore of Lake Maggiore. Here, the sun doesn’t set until late in the evening.
To the north, Pino borders Switzerland, which is within walking distance or about a 3-minute drive away.
The parish church of S. Quirico e Giulitta is of Romanesque origin and was renovated in the 16th century and again around 1780. The church forecourt offers a fantastic panoramic view.
The beach, which has its own boat dock, is a three-minute drive away. There you’ll also find a restaurant with its own terrace. The restaurant is known for its fantastic pizza.
Luino, the largest city on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore, is a 10-minute drive from Pino.
Since Pino is located right on the Swiss border, you can quickly reach the famous towns of Locarno, Ascona, or Lugano. Numerous jazz concerts and the film festival take place there in the summer.
