Ferienhaus Benz/Usedomn

The approximately 55 square metre holiday home is located on a residential property on the quiet outskirts of Benz. The lake is about 500 metres away and a restaurant is about 300 metres away. The holiday home offers space for up to 3 people and is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture, TV, radio, a small kitchen with electric hob (2 hotplates), fridge, various small kitchen appliances and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and single bed and a bathroom with shower and WC. The apartment is equipped with insect screens in front of the windows and night storage heaters. There is a furnished terrace with barbecue, bicycle storage room and car park. The total price includes: Bed linen, water and energy consumption. You must bring your own towels.



Benz, the village surrounded by wooded hills on the Schmollensee, is one of the most beautiful villages on the island of Usedom. Attractions in the village include St Peter's Church, the Dutch windmill and a gallery. There are restaurants in the village and good fishing opportunities at Schmollensee. The Achterwasser with its bathing beach is approx. 2 km away, the Baltic Sea beach (Bansin seaside resort) approx. 6 km and a golf course approx. 4 km.
