Modern, luxurious residence "Lakeview Terrace", built in 2023. 6 apartments in the residence. Above Nesso 700 m from the centre of Nesso, 20 km from the centre of Como, 21 km from the centre of Bellagio, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, in the residential district, 2 km from the lake. For shared use: swimming pool angular (5 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: air conditioning. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Parking at 100 m. Shop 850 m, restaurant 300 m, bar 700 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Como" 19 km, ferry "Bellagio-Menaggio-Varenna" 16 km, shingle beach 2 km (small). Marina 2.3 km. Nearby attractions: Orrido di Nesso, Bellagio, Como, Varenna. Hiking paths: Cascate di Nesso, Piani del Tivano, Ghisallo. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Beautiful location

The view from the house is exceptional and it's a lovely place to stay. The house was clean and well apportioned with everything we needed. The swimming pool is also lovely. The only downside is that it wasn't ready until 8pm due to ferry closures, which was annoying. However, I'd highly recommend this property.

If you like to climb mountains with 100 lbs of luggage, this is the place for you! At least a 100' elevation gain up to the unit.Bring a sweater as the warmest it can get is 67 degrees F.

Belle location, mais ….

Location conforme , mais 50 escaliers (et non pas 30 comme annoncé après la réservation) à gravir avec les valises !!! À signaler avant la réservation. Et emplacement pour se garer à 100 m de la location !!! Il faudrait prévoir un monte charge pour les valises. Petit bémol … j’ai du nettoyer l’écoulement de la douche, plein de poils et de cheveux. Au prix demandé cela ne devrait pas arriver.

Merci pour votre retour. Nous regrettons que certains aspects pratiques aient affecté votre séjour. Comme précisé dans la description du logement avant la réservation, l’accès se fait par un chemin avec 30 marches et le parking est situé à environ 100 mètres. De plus, nous indiquons clairement qu’un véhicule est recommandé pour ce logement, en raison de sa situation en hauteur. Concernant la douche, nous nous excusons sincèrement. Le ménage aurait dû être irréprochable. Pour tout problème sur place, notre équipe locale est disponible.

Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Es war alles vorhanden. Das einzige (jammern auf hohem Niveau): Die Handtücher und Badetücher wurden nicht gewechselt bei 12 Tagen.

Toller Blick über den Comer See

Super ausgestattete Wohnung mit Pool und traumhaftem Blick über den See. Für 2 Personen ideal um einen schönen Urlaub am Comer See zu verbringen. Bei unsere Ankunft war die Wohnung super sauber. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe war unproblematisch. Das nächste Restaurant ist fussläufig zu erreichen und können wir nur empfehlen. Wie überall am See, muss man auch zur Wohnung ein paar Stufen überwinden, aber das war jetzt für uns kein Problem.
