The Bunkhouse is a detached guesthouse on a secure, wooded micro-farm, where you will get a true taste of Texas living. Wave hello to our resident miniature horses, chickens or sheep, and Tucker, the friendly ranch dog. Inside, the space features a comfortable queen bed, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, with fast Wi-Fi, a clean full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Important Property Rules & Seasonal Notices:
To preserve our tranquil environment and ensure insurance compliance, we kindly ask guests to adhere to the following policies:
**Adults Only: To ensure pool safety, this is a strict adult-only property. No children under the age of 16 are permitted.
**Registered Guests Only: Only visitors included on the reservation are allowed on the property grounds.
**Seasonal Pool Notice: The outdoor pool and spa are unheated and open seasonally from June through August. They are completely closed from September through May.
**Quiet Hours: Help us keep the ranch peaceful! Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM (including the pool area).
**Farm Safety: For your safety and the safety of our animals, please do not enter the fenced animal enclosures.
**Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and is only permitted outdoors away from the pool area. **No parties or events.
