Beautiful, cosy house "Adinga". 1.8 km from the centre of Moraira, 14 km from the centre of Calpe, 8 km from the centre of Benissa, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: property 890 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Moraira" 3.9 km, railway station "Teulada" 7.5 km, ferry "Denia" 32.5 km, sandy beach "Playa de LAmpolla" 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
