Spacious, comfortable, newly renovated non-smoking apartment!

Just over 100 meters from the beach, our spacious, comfortable, and newly renovated non-smoking apartment awaits you! Three cozy and practically furnished rooms (94 m²) with a covered terrace and a small lawn complete with patio furniture, facing southwest in a quiet location in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst, invite up to 6 people to relax. After climbing a total of 4 steps, you’ll find the apartment on the left on the first floor. A parking space is available free of charge. Our apartment is lovingly furnished with everything you need for your vacation—make yourself at home!

The bedroom features a double bed (2x2m). The guest room features a bunk bed and 2 flexible stackable beds (all 0.9x2m), which can be used stacked on top of each other, side by side, or separately. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be pulled out into a bed. Each bed is equipped with hypoallergenic pillows and 4-season comforters, plus 2 additional oversized comforters (220x155) and 2 memory foam neck support pillows. The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and toilet, and one with a shower and toilet.
Zingst offers a beautiful, kilometer-long sandy beach with excellent water quality. A beach chair rental service is located right next to the apartment during the summer months. Thanks to the apartment’s convenient location, you can take a quick trip to the beach even when the weather is cooler and then warm up back at the apartment with a hot cup of tea or cocoa. Zingst Beach has another special feature: during the summer months, you can watch both sunrises and sunsets over the sea!
The Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula boasts seemingly endless beaches, forests, and meadows, as well as the fish-rich Bodden landscape with thousands of migratory birds in the spring and fall. Numerous hiking and biking trails, as well as excursion options and cultural activities, leave nothing to be desired. Shopping options are nearby, and it’s a 10–15-minute walk to the center of Zingst.
Zingst is also a great choice in winter: peace and quiet, solitude, the beach almost all to yourself, a healthy therapeutic climate, or even wild storms and sometimes ice floes on the Baltic Sea.
You’re welcome to bring your pet upon request. However, please make sure that your pet does not use the beds, furniture, or dishes. The apartment is also a non-smoking apartment.

A request to our guests: Please charge bike batteries using only a single outlet (not an extension cord and not multiple batteries at once), and only under supervision and on a tile floor! Otherwise, a fire could break out.
