Villa Floris is located on a completely fenced property. The spacious property with the well-kept pool area is decorated in a Provençal style and, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people on 250 square meters of living space.

On the mezzanine there is another double room (160x200) with a large flat screen TV.
From both this bedroom and the mezzanine you can access the Moroccan-style, partially covered terrace with brick seating areas and a wonderful view over the property and the entire valley.
On the upper floor of the house is the large master bedroom (160x200) with an exclusive ensuite shower/bathroom and closet. Here too you have a private terrace with direct access via stairs to the garden.
On the lower floor of the house there is a simple double bedroom with a small shower room and closet. This room also has separate access to the garden.
The heart of the house, however, is the garden with the large pool area. The 7x14m pool is 1.20m deep in the shallower part and 2.70m deep at the deepest part and offers every space for even demanding swimmers. Next to the pool there are changing rooms with an extra shower and toilet. In the summer, life takes place outside around the pool. Whether you retreat to the hammock in peace or enjoy a glass of cool rosé together in the corner of the sofa, whether you soak up the sun on the sun loungers around the pool or seek shade, everyone will find their favorite place here. The perfect addition is the fully equipped open-air kitchen next to the pool area.
