This elegant penthouse apartment is newly furnished in grand style and awaits you with great furnishings, a large covered balcony and space for 8 guests.

The elevator will take you directly from the parking space in the underground garage to the apartment.

You can look forward to an impressive 165 square meter penthouse with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom/WC, 1 guest WC, dining/living area and kitchen, where you will feel completely at home.

You can start your day with delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this penthouse.

All bedrooms have comfortable box-spring double beds, one bedroom is equipped with two beds.

In the living room you will find a large dining area for 8 people as well as a cozy seating area with a comfortable sofa and large smart TV.

The kitchen is of course fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, water dispenser, dishwasher and everything else you need to cook delicious meals.
