Great Space for group
Property: A unique layout, with master suite and living room on upper floor; kitchen, dining area and two bedrooms on lower level. Furnishings are minimalist but more than adequate and even with the small kitchen I was able to feed five easily. The hidden half-bath off the entryway was a bonus when trying to get everyone out the door at the same time. I would not recommend for families with children under 5 due to the open stairs.
Easy walking distance to groceries and S-Bahn (although it didn't feel easy at 29 C), so car can stay in driveway.
Host: Responsiveness was impressive—often within 30 minutes—and very helpful. Also provided suggestions for things to do that would not have showed up in tourism materials.
Hidden Gem: Murad's Kofte on the next street over. We only tried it on our last night, but it warrants the Google map 4.8 star rating.
