This charming holiday home offers you complete privacy, ideal for a relaxing break.



The accommodation has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. With a living space of 100 m² and a wonderful view of the garden and pool, this cosy and fully equipped holiday home is the perfect place to get away from it all.



The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area and offers numerous amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Enjoy the garden and garden furniture, relax on the terrace or use the barbecue area for cosy evenings. The property is fenced, which offers additional security and privacy. Further features include a washing machine, a fireplace, WiFi, a balcony, central heating and air conditioning throughout the property. The private pool invites you to enjoy a refreshing swim and there is a covered car park on the property.



The open-plan kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A television provides entertainment on quieter evenings.



We make it easy: our accommodation comes with bed linen and towels. Summer bed linen (without lining) from 01.05. - 31.09., winter bed linen with lining from 01.10. - 30.04. Electricity and water are included in the price in normal household quantities.

Wonderful holiday home

We stayed at this wonderful holiday home for a week in from April 2025. This accommodation is very spacious and was perfect for the four of us. The kitchen is well kitted out and it was such a pleasure eating out on the veranda looking out over the valley and appreciating the amazing skies. The bathroom is modern and well appointed and the beds afforded us some very good nights' sleep! If you tired of being inside, there are several seating areas around the beautiful garden where you can follow the sunthe shade, whatever your preference. The swimming pool is glorious and I took several cooling swims after soaking up the sun in the comfortable poolside loungers. In the close neighborhood there are a lot of affordable and varied restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed. And of course there are the beaches of Benissa and Moraira close by. I could go on, but my advice is: go and see for yourself! You won't regret it. I & G Page

Deze vakantiewoning overtrof onze verwachtingen. Het was brandschoon, erg ruim en heel gezellig ingericht. En een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Lekker relaxen op het overdekte terras met een schitterend uitzicht of een koele duik nemen in het zwembad en daarna lekker op de ligbedden genieten van de zon. Con dos dormitorios y vistas al jardín y a la piscina, disfrutamos de una estancia completamente equipada. Situada en una zona residencial tranquila, incluye todas las comodidades necesarias , aire acondicionado, y una acogedora chimenea. Estancia maravillosa

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en la Villa Akasha en Benissa. La ubicación es excelente y la villa estaba impecablemente limpia. El punto culminante fue sin duda la fantástica piscina privada. Además, la comunicación con el anfitrión Vamdays fue excelente, siempre rápido y amable en sus respuestas. Estamos muy satisfechos y recomendamos encarecidamente esta villa.
