Country House 'La Bourgeoisie' with Private Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Welcome to La Bourgeoisie, a typical Périgord Noir holiday home. Nestling in the heart of a vast estate, this house is close to the banks of the Dordogne and the majestic cliffs.



An Eden of Pleasure and Relaxation

The private garden of over 2 hectares features a beautiful 12 x 5.5 m saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by a hedge of hornbeams and a well-kept lawn. A summer dining room welcomes you on a large terrace, equipped with teak furniture and a barbecue, with beautiful lighting to extend your evenings.



Ground floor: Elegance and comfort

The large living room and spacious kitchen (35 m²) are covered in magnificent tiles. The kitchen opens onto the summer dining room. The lounge has a superb fireplace. Family medallions, period engravings and antique furniture add a great deal of charm. The thick walls keep the rooms cool and cosy. There is also a separate WC with period taps and washbasin.



First floor: Charm and panoramic views

An original staircase leads to the bedrooms on the first floor. The first double bedroom (180x200) has a bathroom with bath, shower, WC and two washbasins. The second double bedroom (180x200) has a spacious bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.



Second Floor: Mansard Charm and Airy Spaces

The third attic bedroom has two twin beds (90x200), which can be converted into a double bed, and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. The fourth bedroom, with its high ceilings, also has two twin beds (90x200) that can be converted into a double bed, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, two washbasins and WC.



Equipment and safety

For your safety, the house is equipped with an alarm system and smoke detectors in all rooms, as well as fire extinguishers. There is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and hoover.



Pool is open from June 1st to September 27th and it is not heated.
